Mady Dental lab has acquired the status of AMANN GIRRBACH AG LIVE LAB! We represent a “pioneer” in the field of CAD/CAM technology and a leading innovator and full-service provider in digital dentistry today. Thanks to the experience and knowledge of the Austrian company, a system has been created that makes the daily work of dentists and dental technicians easier. We can boast the latest and most modern equipment, which includes Amann
GIRRBACH milling center, which guarantees higher accuracy, quality, aesthetics, lower risk and long-term results. We offer all types of zirconia frameworks both on ground teeth and on implants, zirconia telescopes, Maryland bridges, zirconia individual abutments, zirconia inlays, as well as surgical splints for orthognathic surgery and bite guards. We also mill plastic crowns and bridges, composite, wax, plaster.
Metal casting is history! Currently, all metal structures at Mady Dental lab are milled or printed. From root inlays to removable dentures. This ensures much greater accuracy and, therefore, a higher quality final product. Laboratory specialists regularly attend professional development courses. After the courses, technicians introduce each other to the acquired experience and introduce the latest innovations into the process. Courses and seminars are attended both in Latvia and at the Warsaw Congress, the Cologne Exhibition, Italy, Austria, and Germany. German dental technician and lecturer Anniela Beerberg visited Latvia for three days. Mady Dental lab ceramists studied with the experienced lecturer from early morning until late evening.
The laboratory works with both Latvian dentists and clients from Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Scandinavian countries, Ireland and Germany.
Every day, half of the production is complex, intricate solutions on implants. Laboratory specialists participate in operations and create immediate temporary crowns and bridges while the patient is still in the dental clinic to diagnose the situation, fulfill the client's wishes and - most importantly - save time for the doctor, the patient and the laboratory. After just 3-4 hours, the patient can go home with beautiful, aesthetic temporary crowns or other structures.
